The Enrollment Process
Our enrollment cycle begins in November 2025 for the 2026-2027 school year.
If you want to join our wBees community for the 2026-2027 school year, please follow the steps below!
For the 2026-2027 school year, we are admitting…
children that turn 2 years by September 2026 for our toddler Seedlings class
children that turn 2 years by Oct./Nov. of 2026 will be considered for rolling admissions
children that are between ages 2.75 to 5 years in our Primary classrooms
We are currently fully enrolled for the 2025-2026 school year. Applications will be considered for the 2026-2027 school year.
Our regular school day runs from 8:45 - 3 pm, with the option for early day drop-off starting at 8 am and extended day pickup ending at 6 pm. Our school year runs from September through June, and we run a summer program for our families.

STEP 2 - Fill out the application
Filling out an application is required to move on to steps 3 & 4.
Our Toddler Enrollment Application is for new students enrolling in our 2’s program for our toddler class.
Our Primary Enrollment Application is for new students enrolling in our mixed-age 2.75 to 5-year-old primary class.
Our Returning Student Enrollment Application is for returning students who are currently enrolled in wBees.
Applications for returning families are due on January 5th, 2026
Applications for new families are due on January 23rd, 2026
STEP 3 - Virtual 1-on-1s
This is an opportunity to meet with our administrative team to answer your questions, get to know your family, and share more about our philosophy. These are informal Zoom chats that will last 15 minutes. We encourage your child to be present as well!
This is required of all families that would like to apply.
STEP 4 - Small Group Playdates
Come visit our classrooms along with your child to observe them in our Montessori classrooms! These small group playdates will include a total of 4 prospective families. They will be held from 3:15 pm-4 pm, and we invite a maximum of two caregivers.
This is optional for all families.
ENROLLMENT TIMELINE
November 2025-January 2026: Watch our Virtual Info Session, sign up for an Open House, fill out an application, sign up for a 1:1 chat, and sign up for a Small Group Playdate!
Jan. 23rd, 2026- Applications due for first round of enrollment
Jan. 30, 2026-Feb. 27, 2026- Offer letters roll out! Not all offer letters come out at once, so keep an eye out for your inbox.
To confirm your spot: Families who wish to secure their spot for the 2026-2027 school year must submit a deposit no later than one week from receiving their offer letter. A $2,000 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your child's spot in our regular day program. If your offer letter includes an Extended Day spot, an additional $750 deposit is required to confirm your child’s place in Extended Day.
Tuition is broken out into six equal payments- May 1st, August 1st, October 1st, December 1st, February 1st, and April 1st. Your deposit will go towards your April 1st tuition.
